Super Easy Family-Friendly Charcuterie with Walmart

HELLO HELLLOOOO FRIENDS!!!! OMG how are you all feeling?! Christmas is a couple days away! I am super excited and SO happy, it is literally my FAVORITE holiday! Since having kids, I love it even more, and now that they are a bit older, it’s even so much more exciting! it is SO SO FUN seeing the magic of Christmas through their eyes! I love seeing their eyes light up when they experience all the fun holiday activities!

I decided to make a festive holiday charcuterie board that is perfect for the whole family! I always think of charcuterie boards as super fancy but that doesn’t mean the whole family can’t enjoy it – kids included! in the spirit of the holidays I went with a christmas tree shaped spread of all of our favorite things! This MEAT + CHEESE + CRACKER TRAY is perfect – comes with everything you need for the main part of the charcuterie board and its under $12! I chose the tray with pepperoni and salami but they also have one with turkey and ham. I added some other kid-friendly snacks like the Goldfish crackers + fruit (strawberries, blueberries + grapes) and of course some kind of chocolate – went with M&Ms because everyone loves these! the board turned out great and looked fancy but it was super easy to put together + it was under $40 for all of this! perfect for wanting to be festive and celebrate for the holiday season, even if you’re planning on staying home!

also, thought I would share some of my tips on how to create a charcuterie board – like I mentioned they are so fun! and there is so much you can do – sweets board, breaskfast/brunch board, hot chocolate board or keep it traditional with meats/cheeses/crackers. to make it more family friendly, and one the kids will enjoy too, add in some of their favorite snacks, like Goldfish crackers, and some sweets, like M&Ms. ps if you’re in a rush or need something quick, picking up a pre-made tray is perfect – just rearrange the goodies on your own board or tray and add a few personal touches! easy peasy +++ its so much more affordable! Walmart has so many great options to add to your holiday spread, even if it’s super low key and small, you can find everything you need. Plus they also offer delivery or store pick-up!
